MGM GRANDEmeril’s New Orleans Fish House now has a $75 daily tasting menu. Chef de cuisine Ken Lum created the special four-course tasting menu that can be upgraded to include wine pairings with each course starting at $30 per person. UNIVERSITY — While Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar remains closed until at least February 1, fans of the Italian fare can find some of the pasta dishes on the menu at Pizza Forte. Aside from New York- and Roman-style pizzas, Pizza Forte features Italian street food such as truffle arancini, a polpette, and pastas. Then diners select two dishes from sweet-chili glazed salmon served with shrimp and pork fried rice and crispy Brussels sprouts; and Big Island 12-ounce rib-eye steak with sauteed green beans, crispy onions, and crispy garlic potatoes; tropical pork chops served with mango-papaya chutney, collard greens, pepitas, and miso whipped potatoes; or an assorted sushi board with spicy crunchy tuna roll, salmon sushi, tuna sushi, yellowtail sushi, shrimp sushi, eel sushi, and a cucumber salad.
