Carmine’s is back. Carmine Vento, who opened Villa Pizza in 1976 in the Commercial Center and grew that to seven locations across Las Vegas, now has his Carmine’s Pizza Kitchen open again. The original Carmine’s had locations on Maryland Parkway and in Henderson. Hot and cold subs, antipasti, stuffed pizzas, and pizzas in mini and large make the cut here. Pastas such as linguine, fettuccine alfredo and lasagna, as well as chicken or eggplant parmigiana, chicken marsala and cheese ravioli can also be found.
