Ocean data analysis usually uses visual methods to explore and find patterns. We propose a sonification method using sounds from ocean data.
Through satellite images of chlorophyll-a, we could extract time series informations of concentrations and transposed it as a music, for each pixel of an three dimensional matrix of grouped satellite image.
This manner to visualize data are a synesthesic way, complementing other scientific analysis and other data sources as well offering a meaningful way for sightless people interact with graphically represented data.
