When you’re tending to your garden, don’t forget to include flowers that are beneficial for our buzzing friends, the bees! In Western North Carolina, some bee-friendly flower options include lavender, sunflowers, coneflowers, borage, bee balm, and wild bergamot. These blooms not only add beauty to your garden but also provide nourishment for bees and help support their populations. So let’s create a vibrant and bee-friendly environment while enjoying the sights and sounds of nature.
