Early spring is a wonderful time to hit the trails and go for a hike. Recently, I went for a hike with some friends and we were blown away by the beauty of the budding trees and flowers. The fresh air and exercise did wonders for our spirits, and we all felt invigorated and renewed by the end of the hike.
