When her parents arrive to pick her up, they are shocked to see their daughter's new personality. Believing that they had been a bad influence on their daughter, her parents vowed to quit social media. While still resembling her original counterpart, Gwen's mother's hair color is now teal to match her daughter's hair, and she also shares Gwen's pale skin tone, suggesting both are hereditary traits that Gwen inherited.
