Alexandra Theatre Varieties (The).

Alexandra Theatre Varieties. Ramsgate. The inhabitants of Ramsgate and Margate are respectfully informed that the above establishment will open on Whit-Monday May 17th 1873, with a powerful and attractive company who will appear every evening, under the direction of Mr. Henry Hart. Raglan Music Hall London.

26th December 1874 – The Alexandra Theatre, Monday last having been appointed by the magistrates as the day for holding a special session for granting theatrical licenses. Mr Harry Hart applied for a renewal of his license to perform stage plays at the Alexandra Hall, Hardres Street. Supt. Buss stated, in aswer to the Chairman, that the theatre had been very well conducted during the last twelve months, and that no complaints respecting it had been made by anyone.
