The Fantasy League is a game within Survivor Wiki where members of the community assemble teams of Survivor contestants and compete for whose team will score the most points. Additional mechanisms may be added to further add an element of competition in the game. The player with the highest score by the end of the season wins.
Rules[]
While the host admin reserves the right to change the rules every season, the following are the general rules to the Fantasy League:
- A participant must have a Fandom account.
- Once the season cast is revealed, the host will open entries for the Fantasy League. Each participant must draft a "dream team" of 4 players (5 in Survivor: Winners at War and 6 in Australian Survivor: Champions v Contenders (2019)).
- Each contestant drafted will accumulate points based on a pre-determined scoring system that awards contestants for performing certain activities during the episode. Activities such as having the most confessionals, performing camp chores, winning challenges, finding or playing an advantage, or surviving the vote will garner a castaway points, while activities like having zero confessionals, forfeiting a challenge, finding and/or playing a fake advantage, or being eliminated from the game regardless of reason (whether being voted out, quitting the game, getting evacuated due to medical or personal reasons or being ejected due to bad behavior) will garner a castaway negative points. The points may differ across seasons at the discretion of the host admin.
- Sockpuppetry, defined as a deliberately deceiving an online community by entering one with multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught sockpuppeting will be indefinitely banned from Survivor Wiki.
- To help participants with a bad team augment their scores and add an element of competition, additional games may be added at the discretion of the host admin. One such game is the weekly "Bonus Questions" where players predict what will happen in the next episode. Beginning in Survivor 41, a Bingo game is added where participants submit a 3x3 grid of 9 survivors they predict will be eliminated early and the first participant to eliminate all 9 of their chosen players gain more points.
