jIf the trigger {HOST.NAME} is unavailable by ICMP is in problem state then it is also extremely likely that the Zabbix agent on {HOST.NAME} is unreachable for 5 minutes will also be in problem state. Thus I want to set a dependency between the two triggers. Both of them are  in templates, but when I try to update the latter to be dependent on the former, I get the message: "Cannot add dependency from a host to a template." Even though the dependency is between a template and another template.

**Steps to reproduce:

1. In "All templates / Template OS Linux" click to edit "Zabbix agent on {HOST.NAME} is unreachable for 5 minutes"
2. Click to edit Dependencies
3. Click Add
4. Select "Templates=>Template ICMP Ping"
5. Click "Template ICMP Ping is unavailable by ICMP"
6. Click Update

Result:
Error message "Cannot add dependency from a host to a template." is displayed.

Expected:
No error message.
