Find activity for your cards in the Google Wallet app

Important: You can only find transactions after you add a card to Google Wallet. For a full history of your debit and credit cards transactions, check your bank statements.

You can find a list of past transactions and activity for debit or credit cards you added to Google Wallet.

Activity details for contactless payments

Find activity

American Express only (US): For a full history of transactions and details, check your bank statements or go to the American Express app.

To find activity for a card:

  1. Open the Google Wallet app .
  2. To find the card that you want to get activity for, you may need to swipe left.
  3. Tap your card.
  4. At the bottom, tap Details and then Activity.
  5. At the top, you can find your most recent action or transaction. To find all available activity, scroll up.

Tip: If you remove a card, you lose activity history.

Transaction details

When you make a tap to pay transaction with Google Wallet, you get a purchase notification that you have a new transaction. To get the transaction details, tap the notification.

To find past transaction details:

  1. Tap the card or pass you want to get transactions for.
  2. At the top right, tap Activity .
  3. To get transaction details, find the transaction and tap it.

To turn the purchase notifications on or off:

  1. Open the Google Wallet app .
  2. At the top right, tap your Profile picture or Account  and then Wallet settings Settings.
  3. Turn purchase notifications on or off.

Tips:

  • To find the location info of your past transactions, turn on Personalization within Google Pay.
    1. Open the Google Wallet app.
    2. At the top right, tap Profile picture or Account and then Your data in Wallet and then Manage payments data.
    3. Turn on Personalization within Google Pay.
  • You can view transactions on the Google Wallet website.
