What you need

Who can avail the offer

How to participate

1. Buy 5 Star and Fuse chocolate packs with the Google Pay logo.
2. On the flap of the pack, find the 18-digit unique alphanumeric code that starts with either an “A”, “K”, or “M”.
3. At the back of the pack, under “Campaign Details,” find any of these special characters: “#”, “%”, “&”, or “@”.
4. To claim your cashback offer as a digital scratch card, on the Google Pay “Offer page,” enter or scan the unique code followed by the special character.
   • For example, if the special character is “@”, enter “XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX@”.
   • You can collect a maximum of three codes, but you can only enter one code per pack type.
5. For a chance to get cashback rewards for Google Pay transactions within 7 days after you receive the offer, redeem your digital scratch card.
   • You’ll get a fixed cashback offer based on what’s printed on your chocolate pack:

   • You can receive a maximum cashback of ₹45.
   • The actual cashback you can receive can be less than the maximum amount.

The offer is valid from November 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 or until stocks last or product expiry.

Earn cashback rewards

• You can collect a maximum of three codes, but you can only enter one code per pack type.
• You’ll get a fixed cashback offer based on what’s printed on the chocolate pack you bought:

• To be eligible for a cashback for transactions on Google Pay:
  1. Redeem the digital scratch card.
  2. Complete the transaction within 7 days.
• You can find your cashback rewards in your rewards channel.
• All cashbacks are added to your UPI-enabled bank account linked to Google Pay.
• To receive rewards, link your UPI-enabled bank account to Google Pay.
• Your cashback expires after 45 days if:
  • You don’t scratch the digital scratch card.
  • You have no account linked to Google Pay.
  • There’s an error with your linked account.

Troubleshoot issues with the code

If your chocolate pack with the Google Pay logo doesn't carry a code or has an incomplete, illegible, or inactive code, you can either:

• Call Mondelez at their toll-free number: 1800-227-080.
• Email [email protected].

Google or Mondelez’s liability is limited only to provide you with a fresh code to enable you to participate in the offer, but proof (including but not limited to the pack purchased by you) may be required to process your request. No monetary or other compensation will be extended to you in this event.
