If you have an Android phone, you can use Health Connect to manage your health, fitness, and wellness data in one place, by giving you a simple way to connect and sync your favorite health and fitness apps, including Fitbit. - Log in to your account on the app or website of a company that offers Fitbit integration, such as MyFitnessPal or Runkeeper.
- Find the option to connect another account, often under "Apps" or "Connect."
- Follow the on-screen instructions and log in to Fitbit when prompted.
- Visit strava.fitbit.com and click Connect.
- Log in to your Strava account.
- When prompted, authorize Strava to connect to Fitbit and follow the on-screen instructions.
Your Fitbit activities will appear on Strava, and runs and rides tracked with Strava will contribute to your all-day Fitbit stats. To export your Fitbit GPS data to Strava, see How do I export my Fitbit data?
Note that the following types of activities won't sync to Strava:
- Non-GPS activities
- Previous activities that werenât tracked by Strava
- Duplicate activities (if you already recorded an activity with Strava, a Fitbit activity that occurs at the same time won't sync)
Connect Fitbit to a WeightWatchers account in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom. When your Fitbit data syncs with WeightWatchers, it's automatically converted to WeightWatchers activity points.
- In the WeightWatchers app, tap the profile icon in the top right tap the gear icon.
- Tap Activity SettingsDevice. Note that WeightWatchers only allows you to connect one device to your account. If you already have a device connected to your WeightWatchers account, tap Disconnect.
- Tap No devices connectedFitbit.
- Tap Continue to connect your Fitbit account.
To connect Fitbit from the WeightWatchers website on your computer:
- Log in to your WeightWatchers account and click the profile icon in the top right Settings.
- Scroll down to Activity and click Device. Note that WeightWatchers only allows you to connect one device to your account. If you already have a device connected to your WeightWatchers account, click Disconnect.
- Click Fitbit to connect your accounts.

- Visit ifttt.com/fitbit and click Connect.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to link Fitbit with your IFTTT account and choose what Fitbit data IFTTT can access.
When your Fitbit and IFTTT accounts are linked, turn on Applets to track your fitness and sleep goals, build healthier habits, and sync your fitness data with other services.
- Visit fitbit.com/weight/withings and click Start the Withings Connection Wizard.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to link your accounts.
When your Fitbit and Withings accounts are linked, your daily Withings scale weight and body fat percentage measurements automatically show up in your Fitbit account.
- From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture Fitbit settings.
- In the Your data in Fitbit, tap Manage access to account Manage connected apps.
- Log in to your account.
- Tap Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your account.
- From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the settings icon .
- In the Your data in Fitbit, tap Manage access to account Manage connected apps.
- Log in to your account.
- Tap Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your account.
- On the Fitbit settings page, click Applications under the Settings menu.
- Click Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your account.

- To unlink your Withings account, visit fitbit.com/weight/withings and click Unlink my accounts.
Data shared with third-party developers is governed by the developersâ privacy policies and terms of service. Fitbit cannot remove information they store once you give them permission to access your Fitbit data. You can revoke access for an app at any time by visiting your app settings.
Apps created by third-party developers must follow the API Terms of Service. If you believe an app is not following these policies, please contact our support team at dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/help. When a third-party app requests permission to access or modify your Fitbit data, it lists the specific types of data it would like permission for. These permissions map to specific Fitbit API requests the app will be able to make on your behalf.
