You haven't verified your identity. Have you submitted your ID for verification? If not, click Payments, then Verification check and submit your ID. Your PIN will only be sent after you successfully verify your identity.
Your account hasn't reached the verification threshold. Is there a PIN notification displayed on your AdSense homepage? If not, wait until your new account balance reaches the verification threshold.
Your payments address is invalid because it has been associated with fraudulent activity. Click Payments, then Verification check to find out if there's an address notification.  Update your payments address to a different one. After your new address is verified, request your PIN.

You haven't waited for 3 weeks since your last PIN request.

PIN mails are sent via international standard mail and can take up to 3 weeks to reach you.

Has it been 3 weeks since your PIN was sent?

Click Payments, then Verification check to find out when your PIN was generated.

If not, wait for at least 3 weeks for your PIN to arrive. If you still haven't received your PIN after 3 weeks, you can request a replacement PIN.

Tip: Your replacement PIN will be an exact duplicate of the original PIN. You can enter any of the PINs that you receive, regardless of which one arrives first.
Your payments address is not valid for standard mail delivery. Have you received standard mail at the payments address in your AdSense account?

If not, change your payments address to one that can receive standard mail.

After you've updated your address, wait 3 weeks from the date the last PIN was mailed to you, then request a replacement PIN be sent to your updated address.
Note: If you've requested the 4th replacement PIN and you still haven't received it after 3 weeks, go to our PIN troubleshooter.

What is a valid payments address?

A valid payments address is one that can receive standard mail. Here's an example of a standard address format you can follow:

  • Address 1: house or block number, street name, neighborhood/district name, city name
  • Address 2 (if applicable): unit number, floor number, building name
  • Postal code: postcode, ZIP code

My address verification failed, what should I do?

If you enter your PIN incorrectly 3 times, you will fail the address verification and your account will stop showing ads. To reset your PIN verification limit, request a replacement PIN.

Note: Your PIN is a unique 6-digit number that Google generates when your account reaches the verification threshold. Your PIN is not the same as your publisher ID.

I haven’t passed address verification after 4 months and my ads are not showing now. What should I do?

If you haven't verified your address after 4 months, we'll stop showing ads on your pages. To extend your address verification timeline, please contact us.

I requested multiple PINs, should I wait for the latest PIN number?

Google generates a unique 6-digit PIN for each account. Your replacement PIN will be a duplicate of the original. If the original PIN arrives first, you may use it.
