What happens when an Early Access app becomes a service?
- The service is automatically turned on for users in either of these conditions:
- The preference for new products is set to Turned on when released (Admin Console > Account > Account settings > Preferences).
- The service status is set to On for everyone (Admin Console > Apps > Additional Google services > Early Access Apps).
- To automatically turn off the app when it becomes a service, both the preference for new products and the service status setting must be turned off.
- Once the service becomes an Additional Google service, you can manage access through its service status setting in the Admin Console.
