As an administrator, you can control who uses Google Developers services with their account. Just turn the service on or off for those users in your Admin console. Users who have it on can use their account to access private documentation (for example, pages restricted to members of an Early Access Program) on sites like developers.google.com or www.tensorflow.org and may see content recommendations based on pages they visit on Google's developer sites. If the Google Developers service is on, users can also create a Google Developer profile. Users whose service is off can still visit public pages on Google's developer sites, though without being able to access private documentation and without using or saving information with their account, similar to the experience for a user who is signed out.
