Sakifwanna was a planet[2] that was located within the Sakifwanna system in Hutt Space.[1] The planet lay on the Elgit–M'Hanna Corridor hyperlane that connected it to the worlds of Elgit and M'Hanna.[2] A smaller hyperspace route linked Sakifwanna to the Cyax system,[3] and another hyperlane connected the world to the planet of Saki.[2]
Sakifwanna, the name of which meant "Fourth Saki"[2] and was shared with "fwanna," the Huttese word for "four,"[4] was a colony world of the sentient Sakiyan species that was native to Saki. Sakifwanna served as a nursery world for the Sakiyan Collective, with Sakiyan shepherds breeding creatures for the repopulation of Saki's game preserves.[2] The fate of Sakifwanna following the invasion of the Hutt Space by the extra-galactic Yuuzhan Vong species was unclear to the wider galaxy.[3]
