The Numol'elrul were a subspecies of Nikto. Long before the Galactic Civil War, the Numol'elrul retreated underwater and isolated themselves, causing the other Nikto to believe them to be a legend.[1]
The Numol'elrul could breathe both above and below water. Unlike other Nikto subspecies, the Numol (as they referred to themselves) had green and blue-green scales.[1]
