A Mon Calamari Shell Horn was a wind musical instrument made from a large conch that could be found in the oceans of Dac.[1] The Mon Cal military leaders and Mon Calamari Knights[2] used such musical shells to issue orders on the battlefield. During the Clone Wars, Prince Lee-Char blew the Shell Horn to rally his forces while fighting the Confederacy of Independent Systems at the Battle of Mon Cala.[3] The instruments were also used by shell horn bands. Several such bands from Dac were popular during the Imperial Era.[4]
