Ketar Nor was a male Neimoidian member of the Neimoidian Royal Guard who was partnered with Ruug Quarnom. Nor and Quarnom were sent together to visit the Cadesura district of the Cato Neimoidian city of Zarra in the aftermath of its bombing. When the Dark Acolyte Asajj Ventress arrived on Cato Neimoidia, she used his anger at the bombing and pre-existing hate for the Galactic Republic to radicalize the young Neimoidian.[1]
