Keneth Patrick Nightingall (April 21, 1929[1] – May 19, 2020) was an English sound engineer who worked on Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope, and was later among the team who won the 1978 Academy Award for Best Sound, although he himself was not named on the citation.[2]
Nightingall died on May 19, 2020, following a battle with COVID-19.[2]
