Karen Gilchrist is a film producer best known for her collaborations with director Jon Favreau, having worked either as assistant or producer in most of his films, including the Marvel Cinematic Universe first two Iron Man films, the 2011 sci-fi Western Cowboys vs. Aliens, the 2014 comedy drama Chef and the live-action remakes of The Jungle Book and The Lion King. She has served as assistant in other films such as the 2001 action crime The Fast and the Furious and the 2006 comedy drama The Break-Up. She co-executive produced the live-action Star Wars television series The Mandalorian, created and written by Favreau.[1]
