B-14961138815 breaking down a door with an ax and saying his name is a direct reference to an iconic scene in the 1980 film The Shining, in which the character Jack Torrance breaks down a door with an ax and yells "Here's Johnny!" The droid's name includes the numbers 1138, a reference to THX-1138, George Lucas' first film.
