Panteteinska hidrolaza (EC 3.5.1.92, panteteinaza, vanin, vanin-1) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (R)-pantetein amidohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (R)-pantetein + H2O (R)-pantotenat + 2-aminoetantiol
Ovaj enzim hidrolizuje jednu od amidnih veza panteteina.
