Kukumizin (EC 3.4.21.25, solanain, hurain, tabernamontanain) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza proteina sa širokom specifičnošću
Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz dinje (Cucumis melo).
