Aspergilopepsin-II (EC 3.4.23.19, proteinaza A, proktaza A, Aspergillus niger var. makrosporna aspartinska proteinaza) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Preferentno razlaganje B lanca insulina: Asn3-Gln, Gly13-Ala, Tyr26-Thr
Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz Aspergillus niger var. Macrosporus.
