Rinna Paatso (born August 5, 1969; age 55) is a Finnish actor who voiced Mrs. Puff in seasons 1-7 up until "Growth Spout." She also voiced her in The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water and Margaret SquarePants in seasons 1-6.
