Pros: I don't have to worry about hackers seeing my emails that have personal information. My employees and clients feel more secure when I use NeoCertified as well.

Cons: The only complaint I have had is the attachments are listed on the bottom of the email and many people are not used to looking for the information at the bottom. They always write me or call me and tell me you forgot to attach my document.

Overall: Extremely happy with the service. Everyone in the office feels this is an easy service to keep information confidential.

Pros: It is secure and notify you when email opened. Send you a notification when email is still unopened.

Cons: Hard to format the text, most of my email that were sent out not received or in spam mail, some customer having hard time to open the email.

Overall: Overall not bed for that price, if you are using monthly I would recommend but not for daily users.

Pros: Setup can be easy, users create account easily, sends larger files. Simple design, not hard to follow. Most users like it.

Cons: Customer service can be unfriendly and unresponsive.

Overall: Overall we've used this for years and have had much success. 99% of the time it works as it should and is easy to use. If you run into issues, however, you may find a lack of ownership or brushing off. Thankfully it's rare that you have to ask for assistance because it's a pretty reliable product.

Pros: It is HIPAA compliant and easy to use. It is good for business and presents a positive business image to your clients. That you care about their personal information, and you have protections in place.

Cons: The only complaint I have received from just a few clients, is that they cannot open it the email and or create a password.

Pros: During the pandemic, NeoCertified worked well for offering our services virtually. Our program participants could turn in their personal documents to join without worrying about bad actors accessing their information. When you're talking birth certificates, social security cards, etc. - you want to be certain it's safe. We continue to use this service to this day.

Cons: The initial email often goes to the spam folder or gets flagged and people incorrectly assume it is not safe. Not sure how that can be corrected, but it did cause an inconvenience for some of our people.

Overall: Works great. Is secure, works well for most of our people, and is quite convenient. Most people appreciate the virtual option for our services and it would not be possible without NeoCertified.

Pros: Ease of use with outlook. Other providers in the dental community are using it and it works seamlessly.

Cons: Remembering password to login into website. Not many cons that I can think of.

Overall: Excellent. Have used it for several years. Would recommend it to anyone who uses outlook. Sometimes you have to restart the add-in, but this is rare.

Pros: This is a Affordable, User Friendly and Highly Secure solution for exchanging email that contains sensitive and protected information.

Cons: Some recipients of the email that were not NeoCertified users sometime struggled with retrieving the messages.

Pros: In 2019, I became an Independent Supports Coordinator for disabled adults.
I was referred to NeoCertified by a coworker and have never regretted becoming your customer. From the user end, NeoCertified is very easy but also provides the level of security I need as required for my job. I appreciate the ability to track outgoing emails and have not had any problems with sending or receiving emails.

Cons: Occasionally, recipients have not been able to open my emails, but I am able to see when this occurs and therefore am able to follow up on those and/or resend them if necessary. It appears that these recipients just were unable or unwilling to take the step of setting up their code so they can open them, and was not the fault of NeoCertified.

Overall: Overall, I find NeoCertified to meet my expectations and provide my need for security and excellent tracking and service.
