Willi Stoph (July 9, 1914 in Berlin - April 13, 1999 in Berlin) was an East German politician.
Stoph was Prime Minister of East Germany from 1964 to 1973 and from 1976 to 1989.
In between, from 1973 to 1976, he was Chairman of the State Council of the German Democratic Republic (President).
