Comment This isn't a dicdef. It is a small description of the subject but this isn't what is known as a dictionary definition. Whether or not it should be merged I have no comment. Comment: Strictly speaking, the article mistakenly identifies the subject as a subgenre, when it is actually a regional scene. There is some validity in it being a scene. Still, this article is way too vague and lists no artists involved. If anything needs to be said, it could certainly be tucked into the Hip Hop article.
