Shinsei

Shinsei (しんせい) is the name of the third Japanese artificial satellite which was put into orbit.[1]

The launch was a project of the Institute of Space and Astronautical Science of the University of Tokyo.

The satellite was sent into orbit on September 28, 1971.[2]
