Naruto: Ultimate Ninja

From Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Naruto: Ultimate Ninja (known as Naruto: Narutimate Series in Japan) is a series of fighting video games that are developed by CyberConnect2 and are published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The video games are based on the manga and anime Naruto by Masashi Kishimoto.

Through its history, the series has had many different names depending on localization and console releases. The series would start out as a Sony-exclusive with the first game releasing on the PlayStation 2 with four more after that and five spin-off games releasing on the PlayStation Portable. It wasn't until the release of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 where the series saw releases on other consoles like the Xbox 360. The first game to release for PC and Steam was Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst.[1] The first mobile game to be released in the series was Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Blazing.[2]
