Kosuke Hagino (萩野公介, Hagino Kosuke, born August 15, 1994) is a Japanese athlete. He is best known as a swimmer who competed at the Summer Olympic Games.[1]

He won a bronze medal in the Men's 400m individual medley at the 2012 Summer Olympics. His time of 4:10.01 was an Asian record.[2]
