2CHOH. Isopropyl alcohol is a common active ingredient in rubbing alcohol. It is also a common solvent, used in some nail polish removers and dry erase markers.

Isopropyl alcohol is more toxic than ethanol, but less toxic than methanol. Death from isopropanol consumption is rare.
