Francis Fukuyama (born October 27, 1952) is an American political scientist and author, who is most known for his widely discussed book The End of History and the Last Man was published in 1992, in which thesis of a post-Cold War.[2]

He was born in Chicago, Illinois, United States. He earned his Ph.D in political science from Harvard University.
