Please note that Veranda publishes 6 times a year, Jan/Feb, Mar/Apr, May/June, Jul/Aug, Sept/Oct, Nov/Dec are combined issues and count as two issues as indicated on the issue's cover. The digital version of your magazine is available immediately in our app starting from the dates listed below.

  • How do I access the digital magazine?

    To access your complimentary digital subscription available on iOS and Android devices, simply download the Veranda Magazine app from your device’s app or newsstand store. Open the app and click the "Subscribe" button on the bottom of your screen. Here you will be able to login as an "Existing Subscriber" using the email address and zip code associated with your subscription. This information is also included on your order confirmation page.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    1. Access Customer Care and sign in.
    2. Click on the “Contact Customer Service” link found on the left navigation bar.
    3. Select the subscription title you wish to cancel from the first drop-down field.
    4. On the second drop-down field (reason for contacting customer service), select the “Cancel my subscription” option.
    5. If desired, type in any additional details in the appropriate box.
    6. Hit Send.

    Once your request is received, a customer service representative will review your account info, cancel your subscription, and refund any un-served issues as quickly as possible.
