Chobu-Chan is a character mascot introduced in Shenmue III. It resembles a chicken.
When Ryo Hazuki arrives in Niaowu, the town is running an event where stores hide a small figurine of Chobu-Chan somewhere for customers to find - There are 130 figures to find in total.
Upon finding a Chobu-Chan figurine, he will receive a Shop Card as a reward. Some of the Shop Cards can also be sold for money as sets at pawn shops.
