Mukrolizin (EC 3.4.24.54, Trimeresurus metaloendopeptidaza A, mukrotoksin A) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Razlaganje Ser9-His, His10-Leu, Ala14-Leu, Leu15-Tyr i Tyr16-Leu veza u lancu insulina B
Ova hemoragična i fibrinogenolitička endopeptidaza je prisutana u venumu zmije Trimeresurus mucrosquamatus.
