Mananska ekso-1,2-1,6-alfa-manozidaza (EC 3.2.1.137, ekso-1,2-1,6-alfa-manozidaza, 1,2-1,6-alfa-D-manan D-manohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (1->2)-(1->6)-alfa-D-manan D-manohidrolaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim takođe u manjoj meri reverzuje manoze alfa-D-1,3- vezane ostatake.
