Interstinalna kolagenaza (EC 3.4.24.7, kolagenaza kičmenjaka, matriks metaloproteinaza 1) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Razlaganje trostrukog heliksa kolagena na oko tri četvrtine dužine molekula sa N-terminusa, na Gly775-Ile u alfa1(I) lancu. Razlaganje sintetičkih supstrata i alfa-makroglobulina na vezama gde je P1' hidrofoban ostatak
Ovaj enzim je široko rasprostranjen kod kičmenjaka.
