Just like in 2020, the holidays in early 2021 will look a little different, and that includes Valentine’s Day. Even though many restaurants have resumed indoor dining now that Seattle has entered the second phase in the state’s reopening plan, takeout is still prevalent in the city. And that includes some romantic take-home meals specially arranged for Sunday, February 14. Here are some notable offerings, with decadent desserts, wonderful wines, and even some flowers, available for preordering.

Though all the restaurants on the list offer takeout, a number have resumed limited outdoor or dine-in service as well, per current guidelines. The level of service offered is indicated on each map point. However, this should not be taken as endorsement for dining in, as there are still safety concerns: for updated information on coronavirus cases in your area, please visit the King County’s COVID update page. Studies indicate that there is a lower exposure risk when outdoors, but the level of risk involved with patio dining is contingent on restaurants following strict social distancing and other safety guidelines.
