Kansai Ki-in

The Kansai Ki-in (関西棋院, i.e., Kansai region Go Association) is an nonprofit organisation for Go in Japan, foundit in 1950 at Osaka. Thay maintain thair perfaisional player seestem as the Nihon Ki-in daes. Thay an aw hire perfaisional players (players wi Go perfaision) as same as the Nihon Ki-in (wi different rules an age restrictions).
