SBi Giving Foundation is a private foundation established in 2024 and funded by Smith Bagley, Inc. (SBi), the company that owns and operates Cellular One, Sunstate Technology Group, SBi Business, and PHOTON by SBi, a fiber provider.

That was Smith Bagley’s vision when he founded Cellular One in Northern Arizona over 30 years ago.
In his lifetime, Smith worked tirelessly to create greater Digital Equity and improve the quality of life for underserved rural and Tribal communities throughout the Southwest.
