About Diego Sferrazza

Born 9th October 1976 in Sassari Italy, Diego Sferrazza lives and works in Milan, where he studied History of Art at the Università Statale. He began his professional career as an industrial designer, working with local studios and design showrooms. His projects have been featured in many International exhibitions such as Salone Satellite, Salone del Mobile, IDA Amsterdam, YDM Berlin, Light and Build in Frankfurt, etc.
Diego also works as an exhibition designer and freelance consultant for lighting design projects. His projects include both small and large scale installations for Ligne Roset, Gotha, Gruppo-Sintesi, Haribo, Orange Network, Sphaus and Tecnodelta.
His approach to design is both technical and aesthetic, where the mix of materials, function, workmanship and proportions conveys a specific impression to the object and a simple and elegant character that allows them to empathize with the environments that host them.
