How can I evaluate it if I didn't have the opportunity to experience the food, service and atmosphere. But one step at a time. Yesterday, my wife and I decided to spend a nice evening at a good restaurant. Tmun is a restaurant we know and have been to several times, so the choice was safe. It's the middle of the dead season, so we check online to see if it's open. I don't call because it's only open in the evening, so there's no point during the day. We made reservations online and received a confirmation along with a thank you note. So we could wait for the evening. So we go at the agreed time, hungry and thirsty for culinary experiences. Meanwhile, zonk!!! Restaurant closed!!! And a note that it is closed today. How can a restaurant recommended by the Michelin guide function like this? I don't know and I probably won't find out. Instead of a feast, there was disappointment and returning home with an empty stomach. Hence one star. Sorry. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
