Only managed to get a lunch reservation but it was arguably one of the best 2star restaurants I’ve ever been to. First time trying contemporary Korean cuisine where the ingredients were distinctly local but cooked with very varied techniques that greatly elevated the taste, textures and harmony of the overall dishes. Very attentive service crew as well. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It deserves the 2 Michelin star it has with amazing deconstruction of Korean cuisine. Every dish is super unique and service was amazing. From the amus bouche to the abalone dumpling. The dishes really uplifted Korean cuisine. The atmosphere was a bit too clinical Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Soigne – Seoraemaeul, Banpo, Seocho스와니예 - 서래마을, 반포, 서초Meal budget per person (without drinks)Category 3 (over 120000 KRW, 100 USD)The Executive Chef, Mr. Jun Lee has studied in CIA (USA) and built up his experience in Per Se (a Michelin 3 Star restaurant with Thomas Keller). The name of his restaurant, Soigne means well made or highly complete in French and pursues Contemporary Cuisine of Seoul. He combines French, Italian, and Korean food to introduce creative dishes through a new episode menu every three months. The restaurant has been listed onto Michelin guide since year 2017 continuously to 2021, as well as Blue Ribbon Survey. The restaurant is also recommended on TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel site. From his episode at the moment, I feel rich or a little bit greasy with the ingredient and sauce, and it should have been much better if the Sherbet came before the 2nd main menu. But overall, just like his reputation, the dishes are creative, divine and exquisite! (looking also good to taste each dishes with five senses. Namul Tajarlin is one of a kind!)This upscale restaurant is very recommendable especially for couples and business.Valet parking available.
