My rating relates to the inn and the gastronomy: It is actually a homely oasis in a growing desert of barber shops, kebab stalls and oriental grocery stores in downtown Graz. The atmosphere is very homely and the service is very friendly and professional. The schnitzel was excellent, the salad was also quite good. However, the beef tartare was very negative (very tasteless, far too many capers, bread not very good with it, butter still in the small portion packaging). Some of the fries with the schnitzel were also older. For these very high prices (chicken schnitzel with fries excluding ketchup or cranberries around 17€, veal schnitzel almost 30€, pumpkin cream soup around 7€) you can expect a little more! I think the astronomical prices should definitely be adjusted downwards a bit, since you are and want to be a middle-class inn and probably not a posh restaurant. Nevertheless, the restaurant is generally recommended if you have enough money. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4
