Here we are talking special class in all areas from the moment we entered the door until we left. A service that is warm and friendly, but at the same time very precise. In a way, the mood is set when the evening starts with two small snack dishes, which you are simply delighted by, before you have actually started with the menu itself. The balance between the pure natural flavours, delicate seasoning and a particularly good understanding of the use of acid, makes this a dining experience out of the ordinary. If you add a wine menu that mostly goes well with the food, the overall experience will be top notch. Highly recommended.
