This is the most interesting restaurant I've ever eaten in. Call or stop by in advance to reserve and order. All vegetarian, vegan in fact except for some honey, as best I can tell. Even for non-vegetarians such as myself I recommend this as a can't miss experience to all visitors to Baracoa. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Not just a chef works here, but a real artist. Since vegans and vegetarians don't have it easy in Cuba, we unexpectedly stumbled upon a temple of vegan food here. Thank you for this experience. If we return to Baracoa, we will definitely see each other again! If you want to try it, be sure to book in advance: here we cook individually to order.
