The place is clean and inviting, with an extremely intimate atmosphere, dim lighting and few tables - perfect for those looking for a romantic atmosphere. The staff is extremely competent, reserved and at the same time impressively friendly and professional. Every guest is treated with attention without the service appearing intrusive. The waiting time between courses is around 12 minutes - ideal for properly enjoying the individual creations. The cuisine reveals a clear sophistication: every dish is not only a delight for the palate, but also an artistic composition for the eye. The chef's style clearly shows Japanese influences, particularly in the reductions and sauces. The surprise menu (eight courses) on offer alternates with a subtle fusion of local and Far Eastern flavors - a daring but masterfully implemented combination of two culinary worlds. This type of cuisine is undoubtedly excellent, but may not suit every palate. The intensity of certain flavors, particularly the pronounced saltiness of some dishes, might be surprising to untrained taste buds. However, personally I think it stands out. The wine selection is remarkable and offers something for every requirement - be it for a moderate budget or for the most demanding connoisseurs who do not want to make any compromises. Absolutely recommended for all those who see cuisine not just as a form of nutrition, but as the symbiosis of science and art that creates unique taste experiences.
