The Research Remote Desktop Service (RRDS) provides a Windows virtual desktop environment through which users can remotely access research data and pre-installed analysis software. RRDS is specifically meant for those who need access to statistical analysis applications in a high-performance computing environment and is not meant as a work-from-home solution.
RRDS offers various statistical software and can be accessed from both on-campus and off-campus using a VPN connection.
Users are required to have a working HawkID and Duo set up to log in and use the service. HealthcareIDs are not able to access the service at this time.
